MY HYBRID BESPOKE COACHING
Thrive is my top tier membership plan. We will have two monthly face-to-face training sessions and you will receive bespoke nutrition plans accompanied by a tailored training program that will allow me to monitor your progress and develop your strength, conditioning, recovery and nutrition.

What’s included…

We will have two monthly face-to-face sessions for a workout, catch up, assessments and planning ahead for both your training and nutrition.

Bespoke training programs will be designed based on your needs and wants. I focus on getting to know you and by carrying out regular assessments/feedback I can develop a program based on how you are progressing.

Nutrition will be tailored towards your specific goals. This could be weight loss, getting leaner, gut health, or even a metabolic reboot. We really hone in on what you want to achieve and through assessments, interviews and strategic reviews, we set out the framework for how we are going to achieve it.

This membership package includes four online classes per week. Uppers, Lowers, Conditioning/Core and Mobility.

Your program is delivered through my app. It allows both you and I to monitor and track your progress. Weekly check ins allow us to discuss review all aspects of your training from sleep, workouts, weight lifting and even mood. I remain in contact as you progress through your program.

You will also have me in your corner everyday of the week for any questions you may have. However I will always organise an in depth call every 4 weeks to get a good catch up and refine both nutrition and training.

All members receive access into my private Facebook community with lots of support, videos and more.
BESPOKE TRAINING PROGRAMMES
This is more than monthly programming. This is personal. My remote coaching is engineered to facilitate your needs and wants. I achieve this understanding in the same way I achieve this with face to face members, through getting to know you (consultation) and also through carrying out assessments specifically chosen through the information you provide. Then I get to work designing your program.
Your program is designed around your goals and needs (identified during assessments) but also your lifestyle needs and routines, furthermore I also take into consideration your access to equipment. This helps create accountability and sustainability.
WEEKLY ONLINE CLASSES
All classes are pre-recorded and be completed at your own time via my app or membership area on my website. I’ll help you build a way of working out that works around you and gets results.
Classes are updated on a weekly basis and programmed to get you stronger, fitter and leaner.
