THE BASICS

Nutritional coaching is delivered daily via my app. I start each member at the beginning of the nutritional continuum with our main focus on building your education while developing new nutritional habits that serve you and your goals.

What you get depends on your level of membership. Scroll down to see what is included at each level.

Without educating you, any changes you make will be short lived. That’s why you will receive educational material on a weekly basis that is precise and comes in bite size chunks (pardon the pun) this will make it easier to digest (that one I meant). 

Trust me when I say, “it’s more than a program”. These methods have been trialled and tested and I know by first hand experience they work…I USE THEM.

PRE-SET

Each member receives new recipes on a monthly basis. This is where you can plan ahead with your shopping list and get a clear plan and structure for every meal. You can pick the meals you like best without feeling restrictive, or more importantly, continually fighting cravings.

BESPOKE

Your plan is personal. That’s why I insist you check-in weekly, and you’ll be prompted to do so. I personally see to it that you are on course to reach your goals by monitoring what your doing and helping you identify obstacles - adjusting anything that needs adjusted. I want you to experience what it’s like to have me in your corner to navigate you to success.

Step 1
Fill in 7 day food diary and send back. From here I will analyse and discover key areas of focus to work on

Step 2
Do some paper work. This gives me a detailed insight into your current lifestyle and where you would like to be. From this info I can build a structure that works with you

Step 3
Perform basic assessments. This will give me the info to understand your calorie and macro breakdown. Plus how to structure your meals and timing of your meals.

Step 4
Implement our plan of action and watch you reach your goals.
