Watching our community grow is fantastic but witnessing each individual develop physical and mentally is an honour. The support network between our group is unreal…. I love taking a step back and watching how they help one another with technique, solicit advice and celebrate each other’s achievements. Joining a class face to face or virtually can benefit us in so many ways.
