Assessing is vital for me, it’s the first session my members complete…

Assessing each member provides me with baseline data that helps me identifying areas of imbalance and muscles inhibition.

This information guides me when designing each individuals program, from exercise selection, recommended intensity and volume, based on variables such as goals and fitness outcomes.

Having a baseline gives each member the opportunity to train safely, precisely and effectively. Reducing the chance of injury, maximising performance and gaining their desired outcomes!
